WDC Amateur League

The First WDC Amateur League Open event scheduled for Baguio City February 16/17 was cancelled due to black propaganda and intimidation tactics applied by "You know Who".

Unable to penetrate our tight knit circle in Manila, the 2nd scheduled WDC Amateur League Open on March 1st & 2nd went ahead without incident, although depleted numbers with 26 pairs entered in the WDC Amateur League Open events.

The March 2nd 2008 NDL Tournament winners in Professional Ballroom were Richard Robles & Aizel Cardoza and the NDL Tournament winners in Professional Latin were Marc Arce & Diana Pa. Congratulations to all participants!

AATD is a member of the WDC Amateur League which offers choice with great opportunity for Filipino youth talents.

AATD in association with other Philippine members of the WDC Amateur League (PPDSA, WCDF, NDL, NDTC, UPPDF & CSDI) will conduct a national congress/tournament series leading to the 3rd WCDF World Open Dance Sport Tournament covering Ballroom Standard, Latin American, Latino & Hip-Hop/Jazz events for all age groups from Juvenile (under 12yrs) through to Adult in Amateur Division as well as Professional Events.
